Kathleen kelly -directorKathleen Kelly is thrilled to return to work with the vibrant young artists of Just Kidding Theatre Company after directing their premier production of DOG SEES GOD last spring. Kathleen is a Speech instructor at the renowned Neighborhood Playhouse and an acting instructor at Kean University. She is currently co-producing and directing the 8 PLAYS IN 8 DAYS playwriting series for American Theatre Group at the beautiful new Hamilton Stage theatre in Rahway NJ. Kathleen has worked as a professional actress most recently in PRIDE AND PREJUDICE at The Shakespeare Theatre of NJ. She was associate producer of the musical THE PRINCE AND THE PAUPER at the former Lambs Theatre. Kathleen is the proud mother of three children who are now thriving in the entertainment business. She is married to fight director /director/ screenwriter Rick Sordelet. She received an M.F.A. in acting from Rutgers University and a B.F.A. in acting from Wright State University.
Jessica Aquila Cymerman - Assistant DirectorJessica is a recent graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, where she co-founded The Body Electric Theater Company. Her college directing credits include Edward Albee’s "The Goat, Or Who is Sylvia?" and Dan Studney & Kevin Murphy’s musical, "Reefer Madness!" She was recently the production assistant in the art department of the TV series The Walking Dead, and just came off directing and producing "Urinetown: The Musical" as the debut production of Fraggled Productions, the theatre company she co-founded in LA. Jessica is so happy to be back in NY working with Just Kidding!
Sabrina Vance - Production Manager/Costume DesignerSabrina has played many roles on stage and behind the scenes. She is an independent actor, stage manager, costume designer, and wardrobe stylist based out of New York. Being a jack of all trades is a lot of work but Sabrina puts her heart and soul behind every project. She has gone from doing sketch comedy at The Broadway Comedy Club in NYC to stage managing Dog Sees God for the Just Kidding Theatre Company Inc. "Diversity of intellectual playgrounds breeds confidence instead of fear of the unknown." are words that she lives by everyday.
Laura lindson - Stage managerLaura Lindson is excited to be working with JKTC on "Living Dead in Denmark". She has worked backstage and front-of-house at the Samuel French Off Off Broadway Short Play Festival since 2008. Laura staged managed "Of Rivers, Of Days" at Soul Strata Theater and has worked with Triple H Productions in NJ. She has also worked as Lighting Designer for various performances at the Dance Loft in Suffern, NY.
Sue nordstrom - Prop masterThis is Sue’s 2nd trip into the backstage world of theatre. She has an extensive background in marketing, fundraising and non-profit work which qualifies her to ferret out bargains. She is thrilled to be instrumental in putting this production together on a shoestring, sort of. Thank you to Just Kidding for their faith in her abilities and for keeping her involved.
Sarah davis - costumesSarah Davis, founder of Knit Wit Design jewelry & accessories, has collaborated with Just Kidding Theater Co. as Costume Assistant. She studies Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology and started her own growing website in 2009,knitwitdesign.net.
Arielle Strauss - Zombie crewArielle is thrilled to be making her debut in New York City! She's currently a senior at Sarah Lawrence College, where she's busily honing her craft and preparing for life after graduation. She enjoys drumming and writing and has adored the stage all her life. In her senior year of high school, she was nominated for a Count Basie Award for her portrayal of Helen Keller in "The Miracle Worker." Other stage credits include college plays such as "Peter Pan" and "The Rocky Horror Show." She would like to thank the Just Kidding Team for welcoming her and she hopes to take what she's learned here with her as she continues her journey into the world of acting in NYC.
anna llina - Zombie crewAlthough Anna was brought up in Mount Vernon, NY, she was born in Russia, where she spent most years of her teenage life. But now she's back at NYC and ready to rock its world! Currently Anna is a student at Sarah Lawrence College, where she not only studies theatre and art history, but participates in shows and readings of new original plays.
Theatre has always been a big part of Anna's life: if she isn't on stage, she's passing on to others the "secrets of acting": she teaches at the Mary J. Blige Center Drama Club in Yonkers, at Lunchbox Theatre at her college Performing Arts Center, is an intern at TADA! Youth Theatre and works as a counselor at an acting-oriented Summer camp Treasure Island in Moscow. In her free time Anna prefers to draw and doodle in her copybooks, read, work out at the gym, take naps and watch silly TV shows. In the past year she has played Masha from The Seagull; Laura from The Glass Menagerie; the Student from The Lesson and other roles. |

David Rubin - Set designerDavid is bleeding with pleasure to be involved in bringing "life" to this smacktastic show! It has been un-deadening to work with friends from the Neighborhood Playhouse, where he attended school and also helped build many sets! He has also designed and built sets for Talent Unlimited High School here in NYC and for Santa Fe College in Gainesville, FL (Go Gators!) before moving to NY. Special thanks goes out to JKTC for exhuming me from the set-building grave for this one! As well as my family, friends, and my cat Smudge for all their killer support! Let's chew this!
Feliziano Flores - Lighting DesignerFeliziano Flores is director/playwright/geek who happens to be lighting this time around, so wish him luck. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, he studied Theatre and Anthropology at Hunter College. Co-founder of the Popular TheaRY Group, he has worked in almost every aspect of theater at some level. He has been fortunate enough to work with such groups as Wizard Oil Productions, Moses/Mogilee, Pantomonium and The Kings County Shakespeare Company. Trained as a lighting designer with Ian Calderon he has designed lighting for productions such as; 4:48 Psychosis, References to Salvador Dali Make Me Hot, Scrambled Eggs, They Walk Among Us (Off-Off Broadway) and Lyrical Arts (Off-Broadway).
Maxim pekarskiy - sound designerMaxim is a graduate of Binghamton University with degrees in economics and music, where he studied composition with Paul Goldstaub and Christopher Loy. At Binghamton, Max co-founded Explorchestra - a composer's orchestra dedicated to the performance of original music in diverse genres. Max is the composer behind MPstudios Film and Media Scoring (maxscoring.com) where he frequently collaborates with up-and-coming artists and filmmakers. His debut orchestral electronica album "Macro Odyssey" is due out in late 2013.

Ricky Whitcomb - Zombie CrewRicky is thrilled to be working with Just Kidding Theatre Company on this production that combines two of his favorite things, Shakespeare and Zombies! Ricky studied acting with a focus in Shakespeare at Stony Brook University. After several years spent concentrating on film production he’s excited to be back in the theater. Gerard chamberlain - zombie crewGerard is a native of Baltimore but recently transferred from the Community College of Baltimore County (after three years) to Sarah Lawrence College where he is a Junior. Upon giving theater a try he realized he liked acting more than he had ever liked writing, his original pursuit. This is his theatrical debut, besides playing Doc in Crimes of the Heart for Sarah Lawrence’s Down Stage Theater. When not acting or writing he spends his time reading Infinite Jest, working out, drinking bargain whisky, and attempting to write something meaningful.
